• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• The content does not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal material
• For individuals under 18, you have obtained parental/guardian consent to submit the content

3.2 License Grant

By submitting content to our Services, you grant Hoops UK a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, crop, and create derivative works from your content
• Distribute, display, and perform your content across our website, social media channels, and marketing materials
• Include your content in compilations, highlight reels, and promotional videos
• Share your content with verified scouts, coaches, teams, and basketball programs
• Sublicense your content to third parties for the purposes described above

This license continues even if you stop using our Services. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us broad rights to use it.

3.3 Content Standards

All submitted content must meet the following standards:

• High quality video and image files (minimum 720p resolution for videos)
• Recent footage (within the last 12 months preferred)
• Appropriate and relevant to basketball activities
• Free from watermarks from competing services (unless prior permission obtained)
• Accurate statistics and biographical information

3.4 No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of content does not guarantee that it will be featured or published. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, reject, edit, or remove any content at any time for any reason.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Submit content containing viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
